Only 3 more days until Level 1 is finished! Pulled my lazy self out of bed and did today because I knew I’d regret not doing it tomorrow!

I am having a lazy day, but keeping within caloric intake. I keep having to remind myself that its  completely okay. Sleep is something I need too! :)

how ‘bout no on that weigh in… cramps and feeling crappy.. later in the week definitely.

Graduation parties all weekend and very little exercise.. I wonder what tomorrows scale will look like….

Its really funny (in a good way) how much better I feel already now that my eating and exercise habits are more in line. I’m tired from yesterday— being on the road for 8 hours and all over the place in the two days, but not to the point where I almost couldn’t get out of bed in the morning tired. That’s been the norm for me the last month or so. I know I have a lot on my plate today and tomorrow, but I don’t feel like I can’t handle it and I have a little bit of energy hanging out already that’s like, hey, no, we can get through today and your stuff with ease and then guess what, after you work out.. you can go to bed early tonight for being so awesome! :)

Day 2 down! Much better today. Wasn’t going to die feeling.
